Effective January 1, 2008
- The CEA will continue to provide you with legal representation anytime you are questioned in an Official Department investigation.
- An attorney will be provided throughout the entire course of a discipline matter.
- Free preparation of Testamentary Wills, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies for active members and their spouse/domestic partner.
Enhanced Benefit
- Free Real Estate Closings: An Attorney will be provided at no member cost to represent you in the Purchase AND Sale of your primary residence for active members.
- Three hours of free legal consultation time annually for personal legal matter of active members (i.e. business formation, domestic relations, etc.).
- Consultations and ongoing advice regarding disability pension applications throughout the administrative process, including assistance with the preparation of disability applications and the preparation of members before they appear at the Medical Board.
